Three days before his assassination, Abraham Lincoln described his strange dream to his wife and few other friends, “About ten days ago, I retired very late. I could not have been long in bed when I fell into a slumber, for I was weary. I soon began to dream. There seemed to be a death-like stillness about me. Then I heard subdued sobs, as if a number of people were weeping. In my dream I wandered downstairs. I went from room to room; no living person was in sight, but the same mournful sounds of distress met me as I passed along. I was puzzled and alarmed. What could be the meaning of all this? Determined to find the cause, I kept on until I arrived at the East Room. There I met with a disgusting surprise. Before me was a coffin, on which rested a corpse and it was guarded by soldiers and there was a throng of people, gazing mournfully upon the corpse, whose face was covered, ‘Who is dead in the White House?’ I demanded of one of the soldiers, ‘The President,’ was his answer; ‘he was killed by an assassin.”
Intuitive Perception …
In a birth chart the 9th house and Jupiter indicate intuitive perception. In his birth chart the ascendant lord Jupiter aspects the 9th house which is occupied by Saturn. As per his chart Saturn falls in the constellation of the 8th lord Venus and the latter is exalted and conjunct Jupiter.
So there is clear indication that Abraham Lincoln was blessed with intuitive perception.
Abraham Lincoln’s Precognitive Dream …
It was in April 1865, before his assassination, that Abraham Lincoln had a precognitive dream about his death. At that time he was running the sub-sub-period of Venus in the sub-period of Mercury in the main period of Saturn (Sa/Me/Ve).
Roles of Saturn and Venus have been described above. As per his chart Mercury falls in the constellation of Rahu and the later occupies the 8th house of death and is conjunct the 9th lord Mars.
Rahu being the head of the demon (as per a legend) gives ability to see ahead or to foresee. Since Rahu has link with the 9th house of intuition as well as the 8th house of death, so he had a precognitive dream about his own death.
He was assassinated on 15th April 1865. In his chart, conjunction of Mars and Rahu in the 8th house clearly indicates probability of a conspiracy and death through a weapon.
