Pandit R.DAKSHINAMOORTHI is an astrological and remedial consultant based in Chennai. He is a Masters Degree holder in Psychology and holds the title "Vidya Bachaspati" in astrology.

He has served a short stint as an Assistant Commandant (Group A - Gazetted) in the Indian Coast Guard when a miraculous and mysterious ailment put an end to a promising career. He got cured miraculously after resigning from service and thought it was God's Hand that wanted him to explore some other vocational possibilities.

Pandit R.DAKSHINAMOORTHI came into association with Lion Dr. K. Parthasarathy - the leading astrologer of Chennai (now of revered memory), serving as his camp manager for a brief spell before branching out all on his own due to differences in their approach to the subject.
